Refund policy

 

At KANZ, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked at production and again at shipping. We invite you to review the policy below before completing your purchase.

Return Request Period

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking. Requests outside this period cannot be accommodated.

Return Eligibility

Items considered for return must be received in original, unworn condition, and must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, and free from signs of wear or alteration

  • Returned in original packaging

  • All tags, protective films, and hygiene seals intact

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We ask that all orders be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo and/or video documentation, including packaging

Upon approval:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges will be refunded

  • Return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed, when applicable

Claims submitted after 7 days or without sufficient documentation cannot be approved.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defects:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items must fully meet eligibility requirements

  • Approved returns will receive store credit only

  • Store credit equals the item price paid, excluding shipping, taxes, and duties

Store credit is non-transferable and does not expire. Cash refunds are not issued for non-defective returns.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order pieces

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry, for hygiene reasons

  • Jewelry care and maintenance products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, please return the eligible piece for approval and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellation

Orders containing customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Processing typically starts within 24 hours after purchase.

Standard orders may only be canceled prior to fulfillment.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval status.

Approved refunds:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 10 business days

Return Integrity

To maintain the integrity of our collections, KANZ reserves the right to:

  • Decline returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Limit or refuse returns from accounts demonstrating excessive or abusive return behavior

  • Deny claims involving suspected misuse, fraud, or tampering
