Processing time

1) Made-to-order / Custom items

Custom items are handcrafted in our New Jersey workshop. The processing time is shown on the product page (or communicated after purchase). Once your custom item ships, you will receive a tracking email.

2) Ready-to-ship items

Ready-to-ship items typically ship the next business day.

Mixed orders (custom + ready-to-ship)

If your order contains both custom and ready-to-ship items, your order will ship once the custom item is completed, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping time

United States

After shipment, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions. This is an estimate and not guaranteed.

Canada

After shipment, delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Estimates may be shown at checkout when available and are not guaranteed.

Customs, duties, and taxes (Canada)

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and carrier and are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email tracking details. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to reship.
